By registering for any JpeNyc in-person event, you authorize JpeNyc the right to photograph and/or videotape you, and to use the photographs/video in all formats and media for any purpose, including but not limited to education, marketing and trade. Registrants hold harmless and release JpeNyc from all claims arising out of the use of photographs/video, including without limitation all claims for compensation, libel, invasion of privacy or violation of copyright ownership.

As an attendee of an JpeNyc event you are provided with the latest information on culinary innovations, networking opportunities for building strategic businesses partnerships, educational seminars and demos, trade shows and social functions. 

Compose a clear schedule to make sure attendees know exactly where to go for each session and at what time. It is important for the audience to know how long each session will take so they can plan ahead.

In order to ensure that all participants experience a safe environment, consider setting some community guidelines for attendees to review and sign prior to joining the event. 

There should always be a backup for when things do not go as planned. Plan ahead and think of alternatives should any aspect of the event fall through unexpectedly. If anything has to change, make sure to let attendees know as soon as there is an alternate solution.
